Culinary Services

Culinary services provide the food and dining management services of Colonnades located in Bay City, Michigan. As a participant in the daily lives of our senior citizens, it is our desire to help them live active and fulfilling lives. Personal Chef offers three meals a day, seven days a week offering residents a continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

All meals are served in our lovely dining room, restaurant-style by our staff. There are times when our residents are not feeling well meals can be served in your apartment. Residents are also given a choice to opt-out of our meal plans.

Our skilled and knowledgeable chef prepares three healthy, flavorful meals, and snacks a day. They work with dietitians to accommodate residents with a variety of dietary modifications, from low sugar to no salt-added diets. Some of the features of our menus include:

• A variety of side dish choices, beverages, salads, fruit plates, and sandwiches made to order – served both at lunch and dinner.
• Daily menu reflecting the taste and style of our geographic region.
• Festive special occasion dinners served throughout the year.
